Rick A. Strawn - President
Rick A. Strawn entered into the field of Law Enforcement on April 24, 1973. When he retired in 1998, he held the position of Detective Sergeant over the White Collar Crime and Larceny Units in the Criminal Investigations Division of the Atlanta Police Department.

Mr. Strawn is President and Owner of Paradigm Security Services (Paradigm). Paradigm was incorporated in 2006 and provides unarmed, uniformed security personnel to clients. He is directly involved in the contract management and negotiations, site management, supervision, as well as the development and implementation of written policies and procedures for all personnel staffed as unarmed, uniformed security guards for Paradigm. He is also directly involved with all Project Managers, Law Enforcement Agencies, the Department of Transportation (DOT) that are required to promote the safety and completion of all contracted obligations between Paradigm and its clients. >>More

Susan Strawn, as Chief Financial Officer of Paradigm, is in charge of the financial and administrative part of the business. She began her career as a CPA, working for six years at one of the big 8 accounting firms, acquiring experience in a wide variety of areas and industries. From there, she moved into the non-profit and private sectors as assistant comptroller and controller. For the past 20 years, she has worked for herself and the family businesses. Her work with Paradigm Security Services is an opportunity to take all of her prior experience and use it to create a company with a solid financial footing to grow into a larger business.
