The parent company, Strawn Support Services, Inc., developed Paradigm Security Services, Inc, to replace certified law enforcement personnel during non-operational hours with well equipped and superior trained uniformed security personnel to meet the needs of our clients.

Paradigm’s goal is to provide our clients with trained professionals that will provide not only a safe and secure environment, but enhance the image that the client company wishes to present to its customer and to the public. To ensure the realization of this goal, Paradigm provides training to each officer that is designed by a Georgia Post Certified Trainer in the areas of legal detention/arrests, search and seizure and general laws and ordinances pertaining to non-law enforcement security industry. Paradigm also has in place a comprehensive Policy and Procedures Manual that is given to each person in its employ. Supervisors are tasked with making regular unscheduled checks of all personnel at every security site to ensure complete compliance to all policies and procedures of all Paradigm representatives. Additionally, Paradigm has contracted with Florida Drug Screening (www.drugscreeningusa.com) to insure that it promotes and supports a Drug Free Workplace, requiring pre-employment drug/alcohol testing, as well as, random employee testing on a monthly basis. Paradigm also conducts pre-employment background, wanted and criminal history checks of all prospective employees.
Paradigm is licensed by the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office, as a Security Guard Company and is fully insured under the current liability and Worker’s Compensation requirements within the State of Georgia. . >> return
